Thanks for booking your tee time on our website. The following policies and procedures are in effect and the policies herein are enforced. These policies are designed to make booking your tee time fast and easy. There is no fee for booking on our website and we look forward to having you as a guest at Balmoral Woods. Enjoy your round.

Balmoral Woods Country Club Booking Policies
All fees are due upon arrival at the golf course. Actual tee off controls price.
Tee times may be booked a maximum of (8) days out.

Tee time bookings are for Foursomes only! Singles, twosomes, or threesomes will not be accepted.
Maximum number of 12 players, or three tee times to any person or group.
Four tee times or more constitutes an outing. For groups this size and larger, a written contract is required.
Please call (708) 672-7448 to book a group of four or more tee times.

Coupon holders, Special Passes, Promotional Certificates, etc.
May not book a tee time on the website, all must reserve by phone. These promotions will not be honored upon arrival if booked on the website even if it is part of another individual booking the group.


Inclement Weather Policy
It is the decision of Balmoral Woods Country Club to determine if the golf course is unfit for play due to weather. Future forecasts do not constitute reason for "no shows." No shows will be the responsibility of the credit card holder as well.

♦  You will need a valid credit card to book a tee time and guarantee your reservation
♦  Tee Times may be made up to 8 days in advance
♦  All fees are due upon arrival at the course

Cancellation Policy:
At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel or make changes to a tee time. You may do this during daylight hours either in person or over the phone by calling (708) 672-7448.  If the change or cancellation is not made within this timeframe, the credit card holder is responsible for all applicable charges and will be automatically billed a "No Show Fee" for all players booked under the reservation.  Changes and cancellations may not be made on the website.
