**Entries close April 5th, 2010 or when field is full!

Open Division: 
•  Any male amateur with a handicap index of 10.4 or under. 
•  The Will County Amateur Committee reserves the right to approve or reject any entry prior to or after the start of play.

Schedule
•  Entire field will play 18 holes of stroke play on Saturday.
•  Both divisions will be cut to the low 70 scores and ties for 18 holes of stroke play on Sunday.
•  The lowest 36-hole total will be declared the champion. 
•  In the event of a tie, there will be a sudden victory playoff immediately after the posting of the scores.

Championship Field
•  The Open Division will be limited to the first 138 entries received with entry fee of $115.00. Entries close
April 5th, or when field is full so enter early. 
•  Entries received after the closing date will be returned. 
•  NO TEE ENTRIES OR SUBSTITUTIONS ALLOWED.

Refund Policy
•  Withdrawals prior to closing date will receive a refund less a $10 administrative fee. 
•  No refunds after entries close.

Practice Round
•  One practice round is allowed after entry is received. (Riding cart additional $22 per person). 
•  Call Pro Shop at 708.672.7448 to reserve starting time.

Carts & Caddies 
•  Both are permitted. Riding cart $22 per person. 
•  Contestant must bring own caddy.

Tee Time Notification 
•  Contestants will be notified by mail or phone regarding Saturday starting time by Wednesday, April 15th.

Awards & Prizes
•  The name of each Division champion will be engraved on the WIll County Amateur plaque displayed in the Balmoral Woods Clubhouse. 
•  Merchandise prize credit will be awarded to the low 50% of those who make the cut.
